Egg over Riced Cauliflower and Broccoli w/sliced Avocado

Slice 1/2 Avocado

Use Sautéed Rices veggies (or see prep note under Side Vegetables)

Fresh Herbs on hand

Cooking Time

2-3 minutes


1 serving double as needed


Organic egg (s) Free range

Smoked paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

Non Stick Organic olive oil pumps or butter for greasing pan

Riced veggies (recipe here) 


Crack an egg in medium heat well oiled or sprayed pan

Once set, cover with lid from quart pan

Slide over plated greens 

Garnish with fresh herbs salt and pepper

Sliced avocado on the side
