Cashew Milk

Also substitute peaches, strawberries etc...

Hello Boston Red Sox Fans!  It's Spring Training time in Fenway!

Let's get super fit with this Green Monstah Smoothie

1.) 2 cups of organic arugula (you can substitute kale or spinach)

2.) 1/2 organic avocado (substitute would be organic banana)

3.) 1/2 cup organic strawberries

4.) 1 cup of organic almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk cow's milk etc.

5.) Enough ice to your desired chill!

6.) And blend!
