Fresh herbs chopped as desired

Roasted peppers

Ingredients

2 organic free range eggs

organic avocado

roasted peppers

fresh herbs


Directions

Scramble eggs

Heat well oiled skillet on low-medium

Pour eggs into pan

Use chop sticks or wooden salad fork to gently scramble eggs

Remove from heat while still wet they will continue cooking

Plate with chopped avocado and roasted peppers

Garnish with fresh herbs and salt and pepper to taste
